If candidates use the results of the 11th grade combined with the 1st semester of 12th grade for admission, the score calculation is as follows:
If Candidate A chooses the subject combination A00: Math, Physics, Chemistry, then:
- Math score = (11th-grade Math final score + 1st semester 12th-grade Math final score) / 2;
- Physics score = (11th-grade Physics final score + 1st semester 12th-grade Physics final score) / 2;
- Chemistry score = (11th-grade Chemistry final score + 1st semester 12th-grade Chemistry final score) / 2;
Total admission score = Math score + Physics score + Chemistry score, with no subject in the admission combination having an average score below 5.0.
- If the subject combination includes Natural Sciences, the score for Natural Sciences is the average score of the 3 subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology; If the subject combination includes Social Sciences, the score for Social Sciences is the average score of the 3 subjects: History, Geography, and Civic Education.
